We are looking for…
A Business Developer (Dutch speaking) with 3 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the tech or service industry. Your role is pivotal in driving the commercial success of Sonaar, building meaningful client relationships, and optimizing our sales strategies to ensure market leadership.
Your missions
- Direct and implement sales strategies, aligning closely with our core business aims and capturing key market opportunities
- Enhance sales workflows and data analytics, leveraging the capabilities of CRM tools like Hubspot
- Forge and nurture client relationships, establishing trust and mutual benefit to broaden our clientele
- Cultivate partnerships with public entities through consistent value-driven service offerings
- Engage actively with the product team, integrating market insights and client input for better solutions
- Play a central role in shaping the company's strategic direction in concert with the leadership team
This job is for you if
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- You have 3-10 years of experience (consultancy, sales B2B)
- You are not afraid to call and lead people and feel business development is part of you
- You are result and target driven and have strong analytical skills
- You are proactive, autonomous and have an entrepreneurial spirit (you are a “do-er”)
- You are comfortable and assertive when dealing with clients
