An operations intern who is eager to learn about facilitating connections between public entities and suppliers, and is interested in delivering top-notch customer support.
Your missions
- Assist in facilitating public entity services, learning how to match public entities with appropriate suppliers efficiently
- Support customer excellence, helping resolve issues and inquiries from clients and partners to ensure satisfaction
- Aid in operational process development, contributing to the refinement of operational processes to enhance service delivery
- Work with the product team to conceptualize our platform and its features
- Assist in organizing, analyzing, and reporting relevant operational data to enhance decision-making processes
This job is for you if
- You are pursuing a bachelor/master’s degree in Business, or a related field or have recently graduated
- You are eager to learn and have a keen interest in operations
- You have excellent communication skills and are not afraid to engage with people
- You are good at managing administrative tasks, aiming for operational efficiency
- You are proactive and autonomous, eager to learn and improve operational processes
- You are a native French or Dutch speaker and fluent in English
