We are looking for…
We are looking for a motivated junior Business Developer (Dutch-speaking), either fresh out of university or with up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or service industry.
Your missions
- Direct and implement sales strategies, aligning closely with our core business aims and capturing key market opportunities
- Enhance sales workflows and data analytics, leveraging the capabilities of CRM tools like Hubspot
- Forge and nurture client relationships, establishing trust and mutual benefit to broaden our clientele
- Engage actively with the product team, integrating market insights and client input for better solutions
This job is for you if
- You have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- You’re at the start of your career (0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, consultancy, or similar)
- You are confident picking up the phone, convincing people, and see business development as something that excites you
- You are driven by results and targets, and love using your analytical mindset to get there
- You are proactive, autonomous and have an entrepreneurial spirit (you are a “do-er”)
- You are comfortable and assertive when dealing with clients
- You communicate with clarity and ease, both internally and externally
