An bilingual Operations Officer (FR/NL) with 2 to 5 years of experience who is adept at facilitating connections between public entities and suitable suppliers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.
Your missions
- Facilitate public entity services, aiding in matching public entities with the right suppliers for their public markets effectively and efficiently
- Customer support excellence, resolving a wide range of issues and inquiries from clients, partners, and the public, ensuring satisfaction through phone or email
- Operational process development, participating in the creation and refinement of operational processes to boost speed and efficiency in service delivery
- Administrative and social tasks management, comfortably handling both administrative duties and social interactions to ensure operational smoothness
This job is for you if
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch, and fluent in English, enabling effective communication
- You possess either 2 to 5 years of experience in operations or have a business degree
- You are skilled in customer service, with a knack for resolving issues efficiently and fostering client satisfaction
- You are adept at both administrative and social tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and positive stakeholder interactions
- You are proactive and autonomous, with a strong inclination towards improving operational processes for enhanced efficiency
- Bonus point if you have worked in startups, scale-up, or similar environments
