Future tenders from municipal councils

You may have already spotted them: we now publish future tenders based on information mentioned exclusively in municipal councils reports 🔥

This feature has been in the works for a while because we wanted to make sure that all the opportunities we send out are accurate and actionable ✨

You’ll find them directly in the Future Tenders section, alongside Renewal forecasts, with the ability to filter and sort them just like any other opportunity.

One more way to discover relevant tenders earlier and stay one step ahead!

One more small time saver: extracted descriptions ✨

We’ve just added a new element extracted directly from the specs document: a short description.

Tender titles (and even sometimes descriptions) can sometimes be a bit... cryptic 😉 So this new field makes it easier and faster to understand what a tender is actually about, and to judge whether it’s relevant for you or not.

This is just one of the many small improvements we’re making to the information extracted from specs. These fields are all marked with a “✨”. Small details that add up to real time saved when exploring tenders!

Manage users directly in your settings

Admin users of Sonaar can now add team members directly in their settings.

Simply head to Settings > Manage members to get started. From there, you can invite new colleagues and choose their role:

• Admin users have access to the full My organization section (including adding other users)
• Regular users only see the My account section

This makes it easier than ever to grow your team on Sonaar and give the right level of access to everyone 😉

Sonaar now available in French and Dutch

Vous avez été nombreux à demander cette fonctionnalité, donc… hier is het!

Sonaar is nu beschikbaar in het Frans en Nederlands, zodat u het platform in uw eigen taal kunt gebruiken. Nous avons déjà adapté la langue pour tous les utilisateurs actifs.

If you want to switch, c’est très simple: ga naar Settings > Profile.

Prospect via competitors

You now have the ability to prospect via any of your competitors.

Simply search their name or company number to reveal their bidding profile, including all the tenders they’ve participated in or won.

This groundbreaking feature is one-of-a-kind on the market. With this new angle, you gain a competitive edge by uncovering the most relevant tenders in your industry 💪
