Create and download custom reports

This one has been requested for quite a while, so we're really happy to finally announce it: Custom Reports are here! 🎉🎉

You can now create your own reports using Sonaar data, whether you're interested in future tenders, published tenders, public buyers, or companies active in your sector.

And of course, you can make them your own:

• Choose your columns: Decide exactly which information you want to see.
• Apply your filters: Narrow down the data to what matters to you.
• Export your reports: Download everything in CSV or Excel to explore further.

The idea is simple: give you more freedom to explore and work with your Sonaar data, exactly the way you want to.

And if you'd like to go even further, we're always happy to help! Our In-depth Analysis section is there for exactly that. Personalize your Sonaar notifications

We’ve given our notification system a little makeover 🔔

First, future tenders can now be included in your daily recap, just like published tenders. So if you’d rather receive one email with everything instead of separate notifications throughout the day, you can now do exactly that.

We also took the opportunity to tackle a few requests we’ve been hearing quite a lot:

• Your platform filters can now be applied to your notifications too. This means the emails you receive can follow the same filters you use in Sonaar, helping you avoid notifications about tenders that aren’t relevant to you.
• And because not everyone likes to read their emails the same way, you can now choose how tenders are displayed in your emails: as a table, which works great on desktop, or as a list, which is easier to browse on mobile.
• Notifications are now also sent in your language, so your Sonaar emails feel just as tailored as the platform itself.

So you have more control over what you receive, when you receive it, and how you read it.

Choose your tender sources

You may have noticed a few more international tenders appearing in Sonaar lately 👀

That’s because we’ve added EC Europa as a new data source, giving you access to tenders published by European institutions directly in Sonaar.

EC Europa is activated by default for everyone, so you don’t miss any potentially relevant opportunities. If tenders from European institutions aren’t relevant to you, you can simply deactivate this source under Settings → Matching.

This new source also means that more international tenders are now available in Sonaar. If you’re only interested in tenders in Belgium, you can filter these out by selecting all Belgian regions and leaving “International” unselected in your region filters.

And this is just the start! We’ll be adding more data sources over time to keep expanding the opportunities you can discover through Sonaar 🚀

You can now explore the key insights of your market, see how it has evolved over time, and estimate the size of your potential market in public procurement.

We’ve also added a Competition section, where you can compare your position with your competitors and see how market shares are distributed.
