Explore tender history

New year, new feature! 🎉

You can now uncover the tender history of public entities directly within each tender. Simply head to the menu in the top right corner, next to the contacts.

Here’s what you’ll find:

• The past and current providers of the public entity
• A full list of past tenders issued by the public entity

And of course, you can dive deeper by accessing those tenders directly through the “See tender” button.

It’s a great way to get more context on your prospect at a glance 😏

Transfer a tender to any colleague

While we've been busy enhancing existing features to make the platform faster and more efficient, we’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new functionality: you can now transfer a tender to any colleague—whether they’re already using Sonaar or not.

In the tender details screen, you’ll find a new “Send tender to a colleague” button.

Here’s how it works:

• Enter or select your colleague’s email address.
• Choose whether to include the specs summary, and even customize it if needed.
• Decide whether to share a link to the Sonaar platform.
• Select which tender documents (some or all) you’d like to send.

New interactive map for public entity insights

We've just launched an interactive map that provides a new perspective on your prospects and their tendering activities.

In the market analysis section, you can now explore a map showcasing all public entities in Belgium.

Here’s what you’ll find:

• Comprehensive public entity details: Click on any point to view contact information for each public entity.
• Actionable insights: Discover relevant tenders passed by public entities in your industry and access these tenders with a single click.
• Advanced filtering options: Quickly search and filter by public entity type or region to find the data that matters most to you.
• List view available: Prefer a list format? Easily switch between map and list views to access the same information in the layout that works best for you.

This tool is an invaluable resource for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the public procurement landscape. It also helps you uncover public entities that may not yet have associated tenders or opportunities, giving you a chance to explore even further in your search for hidden opportunities.

Save your filters

You can now save your filters for both tenders and opportunities.

This feature allows you to customize and save filter settings—such as region, language, tag, and more—so you can quickly focus on the tenders and opportunities that matter most to you.
