Push information from Sonaar directly in your system

You can now push information from Sonaar directly into your systems with just one click.

You’ll be able to push:

• the information of any tender or opportunity
• the information of a buyer or their contact

To any CRM or ERP you use, like Odoo, Teamleader, Salesforce, Exact Online, HubSpot or Zoho.

If you’re used to Zapier, you can set it up yourself using our guide. If not, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’ll help you get started!

Small updates for a smoother experience

This time, we’re not releasing one big feature, but a batch of small improvements to make your experience smoother and more efficient.

Here’s what’s new:

• Public entity insights got deeper — You can now view key figures like employee count and financial data. You can also sort and filter by number of employees.
• Smarter map search — Finding a specific buyer on the map is now much easier.
• Improved tender list — Titles and publication dates now appear in the tender list, making it quicker to scan and sort.
• Lot status at a glance — You can now instantly see whether a lot has been awarded or not.
• Document updates made visible — Document publication dates are now shown in the tender details, so spotting new files is easier.
• Translate specs instantly — Need to scan tenders not in your native language? Translate the specs summary in one click.
• Tender history through opportunities — The full tender history of a public entity is now also visible from opportunities.
• Interface tweaks — Small design fixes for a more intuitive platform experience.

Get daily tender summaries & upcoming opportunities by email

We're enhancing how you receive tender information to make your workflow more efficient.

Starting today, all tender-related communications—including new announcements, modifications, and results—are consolidated into a single daily recap email delivered to your inbox at noon. This means less clutter and more organized information at your fingertips.

Prefer real-time updates? You can still opt for instant notifications. Customize your preferences in your settings to choose the notification style that suits you best:

Additionally, we've rolled out opportunity notifications to help you stay one step ahead. These alerts flag tenders that are likely to be published soon—giving you time to prepare, strategize, and get ahead of the game (you know the drill by now 😉).

Explore tender history

New year, new feature! 🎉

You can now uncover the tender history of public entities directly within each tender. Simply head to the menu in the top right corner, next to the contacts.

Here’s what you’ll find:

• The past and current providers of the public entity
• A full list of past tenders issued by the public entity

And of course, you can dive deeper by accessing those tenders directly through the “See tender” button.

It’s a great way to get more context on your prospect at a glance 😏
